Miranda Pena Galicia is a multidisciplinary artist and graphic designer from New Jersey whose work encompasses narratives around social, political, and cultural nuances. Her design work is largely based around community/ site research through interviews and personal documentation. She frequently combines her skills as a tattoo artist to inform her typographic forms and illustrative imagery throughout her work. The culmination of these different practices makes for a collaged style that builds narrative through varied type and imagery. Her work seeks to provide a source for documentation and information to better connect the community around her.
